Dr.Jaime Lynne

I’m a mother of two, a wife, a daughter, and a sister. Like many women, I’ve spent years caring for others—both in my personal life and throughout my career in healthcare. As a registered nurse with a doctoral degree in health sciences, I’ve dedicated my life to educating and advocating for women’s health at every stage. But despite my professional knowledge, I didn’t always prioritize my own well-being.

Between working full-time and raising a family, I often put my own health last. I knew the importance of being proactive, but let’s be honest—it’s hard. It wasn’t until I started noticing how my lack of self-care was affecting my energy, my confidence, and even my relationships that I knew something had to change. For me, that first step was exercise. At first, I did the bare minimum, but over time, I found something that truly worked for me—running. It wasn’t easy at first, but as I pushed through, minute by minute, mile by mile, I started feeling stronger, more focused, and more in control of my health.

Now, I’m not here to tell you that running is the answer for everyone—but I do know that taking charge of your health in a way that works for you is life-changing. And it becomes even more important as we enter our 40s and 50s.

Like many of you, I started experiencing perimenopause symptoms—night sweats, mood swings, insomnia—and the frustrating responses from healthcare providers telling me it was all just "part of aging." I was even advised to take antidepressants and see a therapist. While mental health is incredibly important, I knew my body was changing and that there had to be more options. I refused to accept suffering as the norm, and I made it my mission to find real, science-backed solutions that could help me feel my best.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Whether you’re struggling with perimenopause symptoms, feeling lost in the healthcare system, or simply looking for ways to prioritize your well-being, this is your space. Here, you’ll find reliable information, practical strategies, and a community of women demanding better care and real solutions.
